Savory Institute International Conference
June 27-29, 2013
Boulder, Colorado USA
This summer, join us at the first Savory Institute Annual International Conference that will take place in beautiful Boulder, Colorado USA, on June 27-29, 2013. It will be three days of imagining a world in which humans live in harmony with each other and our planet; a world in which rich soils sustain sound models of regenerative agriculture, sequestering carbon, producing abundant whole food, rekindling local traditions, and reactivating regional economies.
More details will be added to this page as we finalize them. Visit this page often for updates. You can also follow us on Facebook and Twitter for fastest information.
Registration Is Now Open! Rates are discounted 10% until June 15.
About the Conference
In a time in which humanity is threatened by the climate and financial crises, by environmental and social collapse, we will together paint a picture of what is possible – real hope, empowerment, and solutions. These three days will include the official launch of the strategy for Savory Institute Hubs, a project to address food security and climate change. The conference activities are:
* Plenary sessions from well-known influencers
* Breakout training sessions in a variety of topics, including the latest on holistic decision-making, planned grazing, policy formation, full spectrum monitoring, and global networks
* Hands-on coaching for Savory Institute Hub leaders
* Savory Institute professional accreditation refresher courses
* Opportunities for interested Savory Institute Accredited Professionals to facilitate some of the workshops.
* Optional field day on Saturday, June 29 is now full. This day trip to a Colorado pilot site, which is a joint partnership with The Nature Conservancy will provide additional opportunities to those seeking additional hands-on education. Send an email to contact@savoryinstitute.com if you would like to be a waiting list for the field day.
